  • We do not carry inventory due to the large variety of products that we manufacture; every order is custom produced.

Sample Cost

  • This design shown on this page is not available for sampling as the design used on this item belongs to one of our customers.
  • We can provide the same product in a different design for sampling.

The random design sample cost for this item (with a delivery schedule of 10 days) is a $ 35.00 handling charge plus the cost for each sample up to 3 pieces. The sample(s) is sent to you using your courier account. When you place an order for the minimum shown on our web site, the $ 35.00 handling charge will be credited back to your account. The product sample, however, is not returnable nor the cost of it refundable.

How to Order

To order your merchandise, or to obtain a sample,or artwork proof, we require you to follow our system:

Choose the appropriate PDF order form from below, open it, complete on-line and then print. You may choose to print the form and then complete by hand.

Please note that you cannot send this form to us via the Internet, only by FAX. Our system is set up this way for your security.

Packing

To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers, additional packaging is required. $10.00 per shipping carton will be added to the invoice.

Personalization available :



  • Unique numbering or names on our product is available at $0.50 (50 cents) for each character; with a setup charge of $90.00 for the process, and a minimum change of $2.50 for each (i.e.: Locker numbers or Thomas Becker).


  • Personalization usually, can be done to the product in which you are interested, but we must review your requirements before a quotation can be sent to you.


  • Will there be a common message on each item?
    We shall have to review a facsimile of your personalized list.

    Marble - Single colour included, additional colours $10.00 each piece, each colour
  • Colour fill set up - $45.00 for each colour
  • Standard colours include Gold, Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow and Green.
  • While standard colours usually suffice, occasionally specific PMS colours are required. Although we cannot guarantee an exact match, we are able to mix enamels to get as close as possible to your Pantone (PMS) colour:
  • The Pantone colour matching service charge is $20.00 per colour.
