Seasonal photo frames are printed in August and only available while our supply lasts. Only a 1 colour imprint is available on this photo frame at an extra cost that opens up like a book.

  • This design shown on this page is not available for sampling as the design used on this item belongs to one of our customers.
  • We can provide the same product in a different design for sampling.

The random design sample cost for this item (with a delivery schedule of 10 days) is a $ 35.00 handling charge plus the cost for each sample up to 3 pieces. The sample(s) is sent to you using your courier account. When you place an order for the minimum shown on our web site, the $ 35.00 handling charge will be credited back to your account. The product sample, however, is not returnable nor the cost of it refundable.

To order your merchandise, or to obtain a sample,or artwork proof, we require you to follow our system:

Please note that you cannot send this form to us via the Internet, only by FAX. Our system is set up this way for your security.

  • For quantities of under 600 pieces, the imprint colour are either Gold or Silver at $0.50 for each piece and position.
  • For quantities of 600 pieces to 1,800 pieces, other single foil colours are available at $0.60 for each piece and position.
  • For quantities of over 1,800 pieces, a full colour process print is available on white stock.

The size of the photo frame shown is for the picture size. The matt opening to hold the picture is generally 1/4 inch smaller on all four sides.

Example:

When the picture size is (4" w X 6" H), the matt opening size is (3 1/2" w X 5 1/2 " H)

Production info

  Please note that we do not carry any inventory and our factory custom manufactures all orders.
 

PRODUCTION:  We do not carry any inventory due to the large variety of photo frames we produce.  Every order is custom made and scheduled for shipping:

  • 10 working days after your faxed order is received for blank photo frames.
  • 10 working days after your final artwork approval is received for printed photo frames.
RUSH:  If a faster delivery is required and we can accommodate your request, the cost for this service is $100.00 for blank merchandise or $250.00 for enhanced photo frames printed in one colour.
  When looking at your artwork, what is white is the photo frame and what is black is the stamped imprint.
  NO shades of grey or colours can be used in your electronic artwork; your artwork must consist of white and solid black as the imprint will appears in one colour only.   Any adjustment to your artwork will incurs a minimum charge of $50.00.

If you require only text to be imprinted on your photo frames, and you cannot supply camera-ready artwork, there is an extra charge.

When you supply us with your electronic files please note the following:

When looking at your artwork, what is white is the photo frame and what is black is the stamped imprint.

No shades of grey or colours can be in your electronic artwork; your artwork must consist of white and solid black.

Your artwork should have been created as a Adobe Photoshop.EPS (V.CS2) file or as a Adobe Illustrator.AI (V. 10) file. We are PC format compatible. If you have copied or converted another file format to the above file type required, your converted graphics will not work.
